My Story

My servant leadership journey started when I was a young man growing up in Wisconsin Rapids. I am the eldest of six kids and offering to help within our household and community was something I learned early on. Serving and helping was something I knew I wanted to do the rest of my life.

Since those early days, I've given thousands of speeches about the importance of treating people with dignity and the core principles of servant leadership.
